Conditions of participation

Participants must have an active betting account with bet-at-home.com at the time of participating in the betting game.
Vouchers will be issued to 5 winners per betting game according to the following pattern: 1 x 60 euros, 1 x 40 euros, 1x 30 euros, 1x 20 euros, 1x 10 euros.
In order to be able to participate, a deposit of least EUR 20 or the equivalent amount in a foreign currency in the previous or current month of the betting game is required.
Only participants from the following countries can participate: Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Slovakia, Great Britain

The maximum winnings of a participant from participating in a betting game must not exceed the amount of EUR 200 per calendar month. 2 wins per participant are allowed per calendar month. bet-at-home.com reserves the right to decrease the voucher amount to match this maximum amount or not to issue the voucher if this monthly amount is reached.

In case of a win, the respective amount per ranking will be credited to the customer’s betting account. If a currency other than EUR was selected during the registration of the betting account, the value might deviate. The customer’s country of origin decides.

If there is already an active voucher at the time of redemption, the new voucher will be queued and will only be activated automatically once the voucher conditions of the current voucher have been fulfilled, the voucher funds have been used up or the time for the rollover has passed. If a customer cancels an active voucher, they have to manually activate a voucher that was redeemed at a later time. If more than one voucher is available, the customer can choose which voucher to activate. The voucher has to be activated within
180 days of redemption.

Prior to a withdrawal, the voucher has to be rolled over 3 times with minimum odds of 1.50 within 180 days. System and multi-way bets do not count towards the rollover.
The voucher can only be rolled over with “voucher funds”. Bets placed with other funds do not count towards the rollover conditions.
If bets are settled after the voucher was cancelled or has expired, the voucher amount as well as any resulting winnings will be cancelled.
The voucher is exclusively valid for sports and live betting as well as virtual bets and eSports. Other bet-at-home.com products are excluded from this offer.
bet-at-home.com reserves the right to cancel the voucher amount as well as resulting winnings in case of suspicion of abuse via multiple registrations (fictitious accounts, gaming communities) or balance betting.

Every voucher can only be redeemed once. It is only valid for the recipient, can only be redeemed in their betting account and is not transferable. Passing on or selling the voucher is not allowed.

bet-at-home.com reserves the right to request identification documents from every customer before crediting a voucher or a withdrawal of resulting winnings at its sole discretion.

All winnings resulting from the voucher remain linked to the voucher until the rollover conditions have been fulfilled, the voucher funds have been used up or the time for the rollover has passed. The voucher amount as well as the resulting winnings are displayed as “voucher funds” until the rollover conditions have been fulfilled or the time for the rollover has passed. The voucher funds cannot be withdrawn or transferred to chips (funds for poker, casino, live casino and Vegas) until the rollover conditions have been fulfilled.

Further, bet-at-home.com reserves the right to fully or partially exclude customers or groups of customers at its own discretion, to limit the number of participants or to exclude individual customers from the voucher campaign. The customer is obliged to regularly inform themselves about the current participation conditions. By continuing the participation, the customer agrees to the changes of the conditions.

In case of discrepancies between the English version of the voucher conditions and another language version, the English version applies.
