Betting tip UEFA Europa League: Feyenoord Rotterdam - Manchester United

Manchester United visits the Netherlands
When this year’s Europe League group phase starts this Thursday, we will see the one or other top club again. Manchester United for example plays against Feyernoord Rotterdam. Kick-off is September 15 at 7 PM.
Current form Feyernoord Rotterdam
The most prominent name of Feyernoord Rotterdam is probably the one of the coach. Giovanni van Bronckhorst was playing for FC Barcelona back in the day. He is the coach of Rotterdam since May 2015 and he has been quite successful lately. Currently Feyernoord is leading the league after five rounds with a total of 15 points, two more than second ranked Eindhoven. Rotterdam qualified for Europe League thanks to the Cup title in 2015/2016. They won their last game before the match against ManU 3:1 against ADO Den Haag. A week earlier they celebrated a 4:1 victory against Excelsior. Feyernoord is the only team of the league which hasn’t lost a point yet. They played especially good defense so far and never received more than one goal in a game. They alreay accumulated three to zero wins. Unfortunately their number one goal keeper Kenneth Vermeer won’t be able to play against Manchester. Number two Warner Hahn is also not in game shape yet after an injury. So we will probably see Australian old hand Brad Jones again.
Current form Manchester United
For a couple of weeks Manchester United also was flawless in English Premier League play. New coach Jose-Mourinho’s team also qualified for Europe League because of the English Cup title. They now count as one of the biggest favorites to win the Europe League, mainly because of their great investments in the team in this year’s summer transfer period. Pogba and Co. received a severe blow against city rival Manchester City though. After three wins in a row they lost 1:2 at home and so they lost the fight for the number one ranking. Unlike Feyernoord ManU can play with their top team. So one can look forward to seeing all the super stars in action in Rotterdam. The Dutch will have to take especially good care of former Ajax player and top striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The Swede already proved to be very accurate and scored four goals in as many games. Additionally Manchester has good memories concerning Feyernoord. In the two games that they played against each other, the English team left the field as a winner both times.
Manchester United wants to make up for the disgrace against ManCity and wants to start Europe League with a win in Group A. But Feyernoord is not an easy opponent for the Mourinho-Eleven. We still believe that Machester will take this first hurdle. Our Recommendation: Tip 2.
